Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer/Shingler to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Duties
Measure and cut roofing materials using hand tools and power tools to fit specific project requirements
Install shingles, metal panels, tiles, or other roofing materials according to blueprints and safety standards
Inspect existing roofs for damage or deterioration and perform necessary repairs or replacements
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure precise installation
Use caulking and sealing techniques to waterproof joints and prevent leaks
Handle heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, plywood sheets, or metal panels safely and efficiently




Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris throughout the project lifecycle

Skills
Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and measuring tapes
Construction experience with a focus on roofing or related trades like carpentry or handyman work
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams accurately
Knowledge of caulking techniques for waterproofing applications
Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor work in various weather conditions
Solid attention to detail with a commitment to safety protocols
Previous experience with blueprint reading and construction site coordination is a plus
