Process U.S Employment-Based Immigration (EB-3)
Enter data and prepare documents
Request and gather information, data and documents from clients, and organize and save in the server
Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance
Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
Answer telephone and electronic inquiries and relay telephone calls, voice messages and text messages
Handle other office administration duties as required
Requirements:
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills within a rapid-paced setting
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, use it effectively, and evaluate the quality of the information
Ability to act as the point of contact with clients and agents
Ability to assess and manage paperwork
Ability to prioritize with excellent organization and administrative skills
Ability to work independently, multi-task, use initiative and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
Experiences in U.S Employment-Based (EB-3) Immigration considered an asset
College Paralegal Diploma or University Degree considered an asset
Ability to commute/relocate:
Burnaby, BC V5C 6A7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Pay: $3,200.00 per month
