Partnering with the Resident Building Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety and operational efficiency, while occasionally supporting Wesgroup’s additional properties. This position is ideal for those seeking stability in a collaborative, thriving environment. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily repairs and maintenance on various building systems
Ensure ongoing safety through routine inspections and documentation




Assist with cleaning and turnover of suites for residents
Monitor operational systems and implement improvements
Manage vendor work and uphold property standards Requirements:
At least 1 year of maintenance experience required
Solid customer interaction and communication skills
Valid Class 5 Driver's License needed
Capability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
