We are seeking a dedicated and caring Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist to support our veterinary team in providing exceptional care to our furry patients. As a Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, assisting with medical procedures, managing patient care, and ensuring a smooth and productive operation of the animal hospital.

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent client service both in person and over the phone




Schedule appointments and manage patient records
Assist veterinarians and technicians during exams and procedures
Handle patient intake, restraint, and basic animal care
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic
Process payments and manage front desk operations

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Compassionate, team-oriented, and reliable
Experience with veterinary software (Avimark) is an asset
The ability to communicate in Spanish is considered an asset.

Job Type: Part time Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Experience
