Reporting to the Senior Director, you will lead the execution of critical strategies that address community needs.

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of grant management
Establish application processes and support grant writers
Monitor compliance with funding agreements and obligations




Drive evaluation and performance tracking of initiatives
Liaise with local organizations for coordinated service delivery Requirements:
Degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or similar
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of community engagement strategies
