We seek to recruit and retain the right people who are passionate about our business and provide opportunities for them to progress within the company based on their talents, experiences, and aptitude.Salary Range: $70,000 to $90,000ResponsibilitiesAct as a hands‑on Warehouse Manager who can step in when neededAnalyze and propose methods for sustained productivity improvementsMaximize cube fill rate on delivery vehicles, minimize delivery costs, and driver productivityMaintain a clean, orderly, and organized warehouseEnsure safe working conditions, including training employees on proper safety methods; assist HR with workers’compensation claimsAudit paperwork and postings for accuracy and compliance with local, provincial, and federal laws and company policiesManage collection, dispersal, and retention of drivers’ logs, fuel tax reports, accident files, and registersCounsel and manage employees on attendance, performance,



and/or misconductOversee AS400 system for measuring pick accuracy and employee performance (cycle count, bin walk, etc.)Manage maintenance and repairs of all warehouse‑related equipmentPerform other duties as assignedRequirements3–5 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor’s degreepreferred but not requiredKnowledge of local, provincial, and federal OHSA safety regulationsFamiliarity with DOT transportation regulationsExperience in forklift certification and inspection, hazmat certification, and operating various warehouse equipmentExperience in a union environment preferredAbility to lift heavy objects (60–75 lbs) with or without reasonable accommodation for an entire shiftAbility to work regularly at heights up to 26 feet (with provided safety equipment and training)Strong leadership and organizational skillsFlexible work schedule with a hands‑on management styleWhat Are You Waiting For?A new career awaits you with endless opportunities.
