Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Waterproofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction tasks, particularly in waterproofing applications. This role requires a solid understanding of building materials and methods, as well as the ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately. As a Waterproofer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that structures are protected from water damage, enhancing their durability and longevity.

Responsibilities
Apply waterproofing materials to various surfaces, including walls, and foundations.
Utilize hand tools effectively for restoration and installation tasks.
Perform carpentry work as needed to prepare surfaces for waterproofing applications.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work workplace, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications
Proven experience in construction or related fields,



with a focus on waterproofing preferred.
Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment relevant to the trade.
Experience with mini-excavators and concrete drills
Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to waterproofing practices.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with the role.

Qualifications
Power tool experience (Recommended)
Mini Excavator Experience (Recommended)
Class G Drivers License

Job Types: Full time, Seasonal Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
