Step into the role of Operations Supervisor with Carlton Cards, overseeing Water & Wastewater facilities. Ensure effective operations, technical guidance, and staff performance management. In this part time position, you will report to the Operations Manager and direct the daily activities of the operational staff.

Responsibilities include monitoring the daily operations, conducting evaluations, and enforcing health and safety protocols. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance while managing inventories and addressing operational issues proactively. Key Responsibilities:
Lead staff coordination and daily activities

Prepare reports for inspections and compliance Requirements:
Current Level III Wastewater Treatment Operator Certification
Experience in a supervisory role is essential
