Overview

We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Vape Shop Sales Associate to join our retail team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about our products, and creating an engaging shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills, a passion for technology and retail sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse customer base.

Duties
Assist customers in selecting vaping products, accessories, and e-liquids based on their preferences and needs
Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product features and usage
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
Upsell products and promote new or featured items to maximize sales prospects
Maintain merchandising standards, including restocking shelves and organizing displays
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Handle phone inquiries professionally,

Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
Experience in retail sales, especially in technology or related fields such as vaping products or accessories
Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on technical features

Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele
Basic math skills for transactions and inventory counts
