Our mining client is actively searching for a SAP Training Lead to enhance their training efforts as part of a major transformation initiative.

This 12-month contract will have you leading the design and execution of training strategies while partnering with SAP functional leads and project managers. Your ability to assess training effectiveness and ensure user engagement will be crucial. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of targeted SAP training strategies
Manage and develop a range of training delivery formats




Coordinate training sessions and workshops for users
Ensure project milestones and training needs are met
Develop metrics to evaluate training impact on adoption Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years in SAP training or related fields
Experience in implementing and supporting SAP programs
Robust instructional design skills for user training
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skilled background
