Key Responsibilities & Skills
Design user-friendly, visually appealing, and accessible UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
Lead end-to-end UX projects , including workshops, stakeholder alignment, user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Translate research insights into sitemaps, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user stories .
Conduct rapid design iterations and usability testing to improve user experience and product functionality.
Identify design problems and develop intuitive, elegant, user-centered solutions .
Make strategic UX/UI decisions for existing and current product features and functionality.




Design responsive experiences optimized for multiple devices, platforms, and interfaces .
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and clients to deliver digital products.
Gather and analyze user feedback to improve and configure existing interfaces.
Create transparent design documentation, presentations, reports, and assessments for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Design with accessibility and WCAG 2.1 AA requirements in mind.
Work with the Ontario Design System and follow Digital Service Standard principles.
Experience addressing complex design challenges involving legacy systems and multiple stakeholders/approval processes .
Manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships.
