Responsibilities
Assist with planting, pruning, and harvesting grapes to ensure healthy vine growth and optimal yield
Operate farm machinery and power tools safely for tasks such as mowing, tilling, and equipment maintenance
Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution across vineyard rows
Perform routine maintenance on tools, equipment, and irrigation infrastructure to keep operations running smoothly
Use hand tools for trellising, tying vines, and other vine management activities
Conduct basic math calculations for measuring quantities of fertilizers,



pesticides, or water application
Lift heavy loads of grape bundles, supplies, or equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols

Skills
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on farm machinery and irrigation systems
Experience with irrigation systems and understanding of horticultural practices for vine health management
Ability to operate heavy equipment such as tractors or forklifts is a plus
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in vineyard maintenance tasks
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of outdoor work
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and record keeping
Knowledge of horticulture principles related to vine care and vineyard sustainability
