About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and organized Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving and organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

This is a hands-on position that is well suited to someone who enjoys physical work, working as part of a team, and staying organized in a rapid-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and put away incoming products and materials
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Load and unload deliveries safely
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
Assist with inventory counts and stock checks
Label, sort, and store products appropriately
Prepare shipments and shipping documentation
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Follow company safety procedures and workplace policies
Operate warehouse equipment as trained and authorized
Assist other team members with general warehouse duties as required

Qualifications
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or general labour experience is an preferred
Ability to lift and move boxes and materials safely
Positive attention to detail and organizational skills




Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures
Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
Forklift experience/certification is an asset but not required

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull materials
Ability to lift up to approximately [50] lbs
Ability to work in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures and conditions
