Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage individualized wound care plans
Provide nursing assessments and patient education

Conduct in-home visits and virtual consultations

Requirements:
Valid registration as a Registered Nurse
Certification in Wound Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC)
At least two years of relevant experience
Current CPR certification mandatory
Successful criminal background check required
