Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant / Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, ensuring effective order fulfillment, and delivering exceptional customer service. Duties
Assist with warehouse distribution tasks such as order picking, packaging, shipping, and receiving to ensure timely delivery of products
Use POS systems to track inventory levels, update records, and manage stock movements accurately
Ensure proper loading and unloading procedures are followed to maintain safety standards and prevent damage
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to orders, shipments, or product availability in person or via phone




Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workplace to promote safety and operational efficiency

Requirements
Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on a regular basis
Knowledge of shipping & receiving protocols and experience with order fulfillment processes
Familiarity with POS platforms is highly desirable
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
