Your technical oversight will guarantee that the LDRR Fleet adheres to maintenance standards while minimizing operational costs. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineers on project mandates and deliverables
Facilitate communication within a multidisciplinary team
Ensure maintainable design and effective maintenance programs
Outline project scopes and develop work structures
Oversee consultant integration with in-house teams Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus 15 years of experience
5+ years managing technical teams in multidisciplinary settings
Certification with a Skilled Engineering Order required
Proven experience in rail vehicle maintenance
