IQ Resource Group is seeking Floor Technicians in the Appleton area starting at $17-$18/hour!

- Monday-Friday Schedules
- No working on weekends
- No working on holidays
- Hands on training

Shift: 10pm-6am Monday-Friday Wage: $16.00 to $17.00/hr Location: Appleton, WI

Job Duties/Requirements:

- Operating of commercial cleaning equipment such as high wet & dry vacuums, and Floor Scrubbers
- Help develop and train floor technicians
- Travel to client work sites and surrounding areas (vehicle provided) to complete scheduled work orders
- Perform floor/carpet care as well as maintenance duties in a variety of environments including offices, mills, plants, hospitals, schools and other settings.
- Stripping, Waxing, and Buffing of floors




- Ability to learn recent maintenance techniques and processes

- Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Experience Required:

- Prior janitorial experience or experience with commercial flooring
- Valid Drivers' License & acceptable driving record
- Prior supervisor experience is preferred but not required
