Top Notch Roofing, a well-established roofing company in Chilliwack, BC, is hiring a Site Coordinator to be the connective link between our Production Manager and our field crews. You'll oversee 3-4 active job sites, run daily huddles, confirm materials and work orders, and make sure every crew member knows exactly what needs to get done each day.

This is a hands-on execution and organization role focused on keeping jobs on schedule and ensuring crews have transparent direction. This is not a people-management position -- you'll be directing crews clearly, coordinating daily work, and keeping each site running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Confirm the daily job site plan before the crew arrives

Review work orders and material orders prepared by our admin team

Run pre- and post-job huddles independently





Enforce safety compliance and ensure daily forms are completed

Approve daily crew time using ClockShark

Flag issues to the Production Manager the same day -- no surprises

Manage 3-4 active job sites simultaneously

What We're Looking For

Robust organizational skills -- able to manage multiple sites without dropping details

Clear, direct communication skills

Comfortable with basic field technology, including ClockShark, SiteDocs, and reviewing work orders

Sound judgment -- able to make decisions with the information available rather than waiting to be told

Roofing or trades experience is an asset, but not required

What We Offer

$26 to $30 per hour, based on experience

Full-time, Monday-Friday employment
