Supervisor &

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional landscaping experience is required.

- Leadership Background: Proven ability or clear readiness to step directly into a supervisory/team lead role.

- Traits: Strong communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the resilience to lead an outdoor crew in all weather conditions.

- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred (for operating facility vehicles, plow trucks, and travelling between properties).

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
