Spirit Spa is currently recruiting a Guest Services Coordinator who shares our passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and who thrives in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless, five‑star experience for every guest while helping oversee the day‑to‑day scheduling of our team.

About the Role The Guest Services Coordinator is the first point of connection for many of our guests and acts as the spa’s Concierge—anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and finding thoughtful ways to go above and beyond. You will balance outstanding client care with strong organizational skills, ensuring our service providers’ schedules are optimized and our front‑of‑house operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a five‑star booking and arrival experience for all guest inquiries via telephone, email, and in person
- Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for Spirit Spa treatments, products, and services
- Coordinate and manage daily schedules for service providers to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Process point‑of‑sale transactions accurately and professionally
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance each guest’s visit and resolve concerns with care and discretion
- Maintain a welcoming, calm,



and polished front‑of‑house environment
- Collaborate closely with spa leadership and team members to support daily operations

What You Bring

- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence using booking systems, point‑of‑sale software, and email/phone communications
- A polished, professional, and warm demeanor
- Previous experience in a spa, hotel, hospitality, or customer‑service environment is an asset
