- Coordinate emergency drills and training programs hospital-wide
- Serve as Fire Marshal to ensure fire safety compliance
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Guide staff in risk assessment and response strategies
- Ensure efficient communication of emergency procedures Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management or related area
- Certification in IMS is essential
- Preferred: CEM or AEM certification
- Effective organizational and analytical skills
