Paladin Security’s Healthcare Division is hiring a Full time Hospital Security Guard (Healthcare) to support frontline teams at multiple facilities in Red Deer and surrounding areas. You will perform access control, patrols, incident response, and patient safety monitoring, delivering compassionate customer service while maintaining public safety.
The schedule is 4-on/4-off, with day and night shifts. The role starts August 1, 2026 and requires a High School Diploma/GED, First Aid and CPR Level
