We are growing a lasting legacy, where people come first.What You'll DoAs our newBusiness Analyst, Commercial Solutions, you will play a key role in enabling our commercial Salesforce ecosystem, driving adoption and integration across Sales Cloud, B2B, OMS, and Commerce7 – bridging the gap between sales goals and technical B2C, B2B and CRM solutions. This role supports scalable delivery of sales enablement initiatives while reducing contractor dependency and preserving critical business knowledge.Additional Key Responsibilities IncludeDrive the end-to-end requirement and product lifecycle by managing functional intake, eliciting stakeholder requirements, and accurately documenting appropriate flows and diagramsDesign effective solutions based on business needs and guide technical teams through a clear and seamless transition of functional requirementsStakeholder alignment,
business value framingUser story writing & refinementTriage and support of reported issues and bugsAdministrative configuration within Salesforce appsConfigure applications to meet business requirements and build custom reports and dashboards that provide clear, actionable data insightsFunctional testing support & QADrive comprehensive User Acceptance Testing and lead strategic change management plans to ensure seamless user adoption through training and supportFoster strong, transparent relationships with business users by communicating complex business requirements clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organisationTake initiative and ownership in solving complex problems and positively articulating solutionsWhat You Will Learn In This RoleDeep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, B2B Commerce, OMS and how it integrates with enterprise systems, like QAD and SnowflakeBroader exposure to sales enablement, order management, and cross-functional IT/business collaboration in a fast-scaling commercial environmentWhat You Will Bring2+ years of Salesforce experience preferred, with required expertise in Order Management.
