Reports to: Production Supervisor and Manager at Mucci Pac Ltd.Based at: Mucci Farms, Kingsville, ON (various locations under the Mucci Farms name)Revised: June 12, 2025Type of Employment: Full time, permanent, 6-days a week, steady day or afternoon shift or rotating shifts (days and afternoons), and potentially extended hours depending on workload and priorities; which could include possible Sunday shifts (unless stipulated otherwise in offer of employment).Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Grade, sort and package produce (cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers and eggplant) per customer specificationsAssemble, line and pad cartons and containers per customer specificationsExamine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are metRecord time studies of completed jobs by the Repack teamMay enter data into the Famous system and record on the paper accuratelyVerified the allocation after the input come to the lineTag the output and clean up the paperwork properlyTake right sticker and label verify label sheet from label roomKeep workstations, equipment, and surrounding areas clean and organized to meet sanitation and hygiene standardsThe use of handheld tools may be required per customer specificationsEnsure all information is complete and accurateTo meet and exceed all work standards based on policies, practices and proceduresSend inquiry emails and to do list in timely mannerStay with your line overtime if requireCommunicate accurately with line leader, input driver, label room clerk, quality inspector, allocator etc.Perform cleaning and other duties as assigned in a Greenhouse environmentMaybe asked to complete other duties based on skills and qualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Follow all safety, quality, and production requirements for either the packhouse or greenhouse environments, including wearing the proper Personal Protective Equipment, (PPE)Ability to communicate effectively (written/oral and spoken)
