Role Description The Therapist is responsible for delivering skilled massage therapy treatments to clients in an on-site clinical setting in Toronto, ON. Day-to-day activities include assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, performing therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques, and documenting treatment notes in a explicit and accurate manner. The Therapist will educate clients on self-care, stretching, and other supportive practices, while maintaining a clean, secure, and organized treatment workplace.





This full-time role includes collaborating with colleagues, managing appointment schedules, and upholding clinic policies and professional standards. The Therapist is expected to provide client-centered care, demonstrate strong communication skills, and contribute positively to the overall client experience.

Qualifications
Relevant education from an accredited institution and eligibility for registration/licensure with the appropriate regulatory body in Ontario.
Solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and common musculoskeletal conditions, with the ability to apply appropriate therapeutic techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered approach and ability to build trust and rapport.
Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
Capacity to work on-site full time or part-time in Toronto, ON, including managing a consistent caseload and maintaining punctuality and reliability.
Commitment to ongoing professional development, openness to feedback, and willingness to collaborate with other health and wellness professionals.
