As part of Thumbtack's Business Applications Team, you will be responsible for creating software that bridges operational gaps within our internal structures.

Your expertise in both React and backend technologies such as Go or Python will enable you to develop tools that help teams understand and improve agent performance. This role involves deep collaboration with business teams to translate complex needs into reliable solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Design user interfaces for agent configuration and workflow approval

Manage software features from inception to maintenance
