Assist with the implementation of behaviour intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/ Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A. Ont.)
Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions to monitor the effectiveness of interventions.
Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate on therapy strategies.
Engage with clients in one-on-one and/or group sessions to implement specific ABA strategies and techniques.
Receive and respond to feedback during and after observational sessions with the supervisor to improve practical skills.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information in line with Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and other relevant guidelines.
Support the preparation of instructional materials for therapy sessions.
Attend to the general well-being and safety of clients during therapy sessions.




Contribute to the ongoing learning workplace by participating in educational workshops as available and required.
Assist with personal care routines, including supporting children with toileting as needed, in a professional and respectful manner.
Perform routine cleaning and tidying tasks to maintain a protected, clean, and organized office environment

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
