The Fredericton Convention Centre is seeking a energetic Coordinator to manage front-of-house guest interactions and support the Sales and Events Teams as well as the Administration Lead.
You will respond to booking inquiries by phone, email or in person, handle invoicing and reporting, coordinate with Banquet, Kitchen and AV to meet client expectations, and prepare event orders for a smooth transition to service delivery.
