As Chief Operating Officer, you will play a critical leadership role—starting with the Oxide resource and advancing towards the development of the significantly larger Sulphide deposit. Key Responsibilities

Lead the

engineering, construction, and operational ramp-up

of the Oxide resource project. Oversee development strategies for the

Sulphide deposit , ensuring long-term planning is integrated from the outset. Mitigate risks and manage challenges

common to mining operations in Latin America. Provide

technical and financial leadership , ensuring optimal project execution and ROI. Support the CEO with

investor and stakeholder relations , including presentations and conference appearances as needed. Foster a high-performance culture aligned with safety, sustainability, and community engagement. Ideal Candidate Profile

Seasoned mining engineer





with at least 15+ years of progressive experience in gold mining operations. Proven track record in

mine construction, commissioning, and optimization

in Latin America. Fluent in Spanish

(spoken and written) with strong cross-cultural communication skills. Deep understanding of

mine development risks, financial structuring, and permitting . Demonstrated ability to

bring added value

at the executive level—strategic, operational, and financial. Team-oriented leader with a

strong business acumen
