As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will provide technical leadership to a team that manages the delivery of published resources for a suite of software systems used by health professionals and government departments across the province. You will be supported by highly skilled teams, located throughout New Brunswick.Reporting to the Manager of IT Operations, the Infrastructure Specialist will be the most senior resource on the Citrix/VDI Team whose responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Develop, implement and maintain client solutions, principles, standards, frameworks, and strategiesDevelop Corporate Citrix, Imprivata,



IGEL and thin client roadmaps and strategiesProvide technical leadership and guidance to a group of Technical Analysts and Senior Technical AnalystsDevelop and validate standard operating procedures and related processes for Change, Incident and Problem Management that align with ITIL methodologiesMonitor overall performance of the corporate Citrix / Imprivata / IGEL / Virtual Desktop environment and develop improvements for the quality and efficiency of the team’s service deliveryEssential QualificationsA university degree in Computer Science, or a related discipline and a minimum of five (5) years of related experience, OR a college diploma in a related discipline and a minimum of eight (8) years of related experience.
