We are looking for both full-time and part-time team members, depending on the position and store needs.

Our Sales Associates and Style Advisors are more than just salespeople. They are the face of our brand.





You will help customers find the right clothing for their lifestyle, occasion, and personal style — from everyday looks to special events, weddings, business attire, and formal wear.

Responsibilities may include

- Providing exceptional, personalized customer service
- Building relationships with new and returning customers
- Styling customers and making product recommendations
- Assisting with men's and women's suiting and formal wear
- Learning product details, brands, fabrics, and fits
- Supporting alterations and fitting appointments
- Maintaining visual presentation and merchandising standards
- Processing sales and transactions accurately
- Following up with customers and building repeat business
- Supporting store cleanliness and daily operations
- Working toward sales and customer-service goals

FOR KEYHOLDERS & MANAGEMENT Leadership candidates should be confident in leading a team while maintaining a strong sales and service culture.

Responsibilities may include

- Leading and motivating the sales team
- Coaching and developing employees
- Supporting sales goals and daily sales plans
- Opening and closing the store
- Maintaining operational and merchandising standards
- Supporting scheduling and staffing needs




- Handling customer concerns professionally
- Supporting inventory and loss-prevention procedures
- Training new employees
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
- Helping create a positive, professional store environment
