Role description The Human Resources Executive will support White Heart Union’s mission by managing HR activities in a structured, ethical, and confidential manner. This volunteer, remote role includes coordinating HR operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role involves handling employee and volunteer relations, addressing inquiries, and helping resolve concerns with professionalism and respect.

The Human Resources

Executive will also assist in recruitment and onboarding, support basic training and development activities, and contribute to creating a positive,



inclusive organizational culture. Collaboration with leadership and other teams to ensure compliance with organizational standards and values is an essential part of this position.

Main qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including understanding of HR frameworks and organizational needs.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR operations and HR policies, with the ability to maintain records and support the development and application of guidelines.
- Candidates should possess experience in employee relations, including communication, conflict resolution, and building trust with team members and volunteers.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work respectfully in a values-driven environment.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and use common digital collaboration tools.
- Relevant experience in HR, nonprofit or volunteer organizations, or community-based initiatives is beneficial; education in human resources, business administration, or a related field is an advantage.
