About the Chance

Recruitment & Onboarding (30%)

- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Maintain ATS and candidate records
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews
- Coordinate orientation and onboarding activities
- Issue employment agreements and complete pre-employment checks

Payroll & Timecard Processing (20%)

- Review and process employee timecards
- Support payroll changes including new hires, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations
- Assist with payroll audits and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation

HR Operations (10%)

- Prepare HR correspondence
- Maintain employee records and documentation

Performance & Talent Management (15%)

- Coordinate performance review cycles
- Track learning initiatives and reimbursements
- Support performance improvement processes

HRIS Maintenance & Updates (10%)

- Maintain HRIS and employee records
- Conduct data audits
- Support HRIS updates, enhancements, and reporting
- Assist employees with HRIS inquiries

HR Reporting, Analytics & Projects (15%)

- Prepare HR reports and dashboards
- Analyze recruitment, retention, turnover, and absenteeism data
- Conduct compensation and labour market research
- Support HR projects and process improvements

About You





- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- 1-3 years HR experience
- CHRP preferred
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, HRIS systems, and performance management

Pay Range

$35 - $40 per hour

This position for employment is for a current vacancy with Vaco/Highspring’s client. You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
