As a full time employee, your primary focus will be on providing technical support for clients in various industries.

You will use your fluent English and Québécois French to translate essential documentation and support French-language onboarding. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and solid technical knowledge to help clients effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot networking and hardware issues for business clients
- Translate user documentation and setup guides into French




- Support French-language onboarding projects as needed
- Create detailed documentation in Confluence
- Participate in a weekly rotating on-call support schedule Requirements:
- Complete fluency in English and technical Québécois French
- Knowledge of networking and VoIP systems
- Relevant IT education or equivalent hands-on experience
- Familiarity with data security standards is desirable
