Aviva Trial Lawyers (ATL) in Dartmouth is expanding its national litigation team. This role focuses on client advocacy and strategic legal advice, free from private-practice administration, in a team-oriented environment with experienced colleagues.
You will defend auto injury, occupiers’ liability, construction and professional negligence claims, manage pleadings, discovery, motions, settlements and trials, and support Claims through to resolution.
