You will ensure effective complaint management, create training protocols, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance fraud prevention efforts. Your analytical skills will play a key role in shaping organizational processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead investigations into allegations of fraud and misconduct
- Supervise the fraud complaints database thoroughly
- Mentor the investigations team and improve their skills
- Establish partnerships with law enforcement agencies
- Develop training materials and conduct fraud seminars Requirements:
- College diploma in Law Enforcement or related field
- 5-8 years of managerial experience in investigations
- Proven track record in fraud-related methodologies
- Strong research and analytical competencies
