Love the heat? Simply South is looking for a Tandoori Chef to join our Kitchener team. If you’re a master of the clay oven and can produce the perfect char every time, we want you!
The Gig:
Tandoor Mastery: Manage the clay oven for smoky kebabs and pillowy breads.
Prep & Marinades: Handle authentic seasoning for meats, seafood, and veggies.
Quality First: Ensure every Naan and Tikka meets our high standards.
Quick-Paced: Keep the rhythm steady during the dinner rush.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience at the Tandoor station.
Expert knowledge of dough prep and heat management.
A valid Food Handler Certification.
A team player who takes pride in every plate.
