The Payroll Project Specialist at Humber plays a pivotal role in the execution of payroll transformation projects while maintaining operational integrity in payroll processing. Collaborate closely with the People(s) & Culture team and other departments to implement practical and compliant payroll solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless project execution and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise bi-weekly payroll operations and resolve discrepancies
• Act as a subject matter expert on payroll-related projects
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and documentation




• Facilitate communication of project updates to all stakeholders
• Oversee implementation and readiness assessments

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant discipline
• At least six years of payroll experience required
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Payroll advantageous
• Deep understanding of payroll compliance laws
• Robust interpersonal and analytical skills essential
