NAIT is seeking a Customer Service Representative I for our on-campus bookstore operations in Edmonton. This 30-hour-per-week, part time role covers warehouse, web department, and sales floor, with wide-ranging shifts including evenings and some Saturdays.
You will engage customers, process orders, manage inventory, support digital course materials, and help maintain pricing and merchandising while upholding NAIT's standards of service and safety.
