Lead the financial close process for North America Toy
Oversee accrual processes for commissions
Ensure accurate reconciliations of the general ledger
Implement internal controls to protect financial assets
Drive improvements in accounting efficiency Requirements:
CPA designation is required
Managerial experience of 4 years or more
Proven expertise in IFRS and financial reporting
Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP/BPC
