Irving Oil is seeking a Fixed Term Customer Service Representative to engage with our retail customers, respond to inquiries, log and resolve requests, and escalate issues when required. Your goal will be to proactively call and email consumers, log and communicate to appropriate stakeholders and escalating issues where appropriate.
You will own the consumer experience regarding Irving Oil Rewards. This is a 6-month fixed term position with in office work in our Current Brunswick home office.
