Support the students of Greendale Elementary School as a Child and Youth Care Worker! This temporary position focuses on assisting students with behavioral challenges to thrive academically and socially while collaborating with staff and parents. As a Child and Youth Care Worker, your role will involve developing strategies that promote positive behavior, implementing behavior management plans, and supporting students in both group and individual settings.

This role is ideal for individuals with patience and a passion for helping children navigate their personal and social challenges. Key Responsibilities:
Develop targeted behavior strategies for students
Implement and monitor behavior management programs
Collaborate with school teams and parents
Facilitate social skills development and recreational programs
Respond to crises and provide effective support Requirements:
Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences preferred
Over one year experience with emotional/behavioral disorders
Valid B.C. Class 5 driver's licence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
