West Coast Seniors Housing Management is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to lead and coordinate care in a community setting. The role reports to the Director of Care and guides care delivery, liaising with physicians, families and other specialists to ensure high-quality resident-centered care.
The LPN will administer medications, assess conditions, and participate in interdisciplinary conferences and care plan reviews.
