AbbVie Westport is seeking a Principal Research Scientist I to lead research projects and mentor a team of scientists. The role involves conceiving and executing cutting-edge multidisciplinary strategies, while guiding project teams and communicating results to stakeholders.
You will serve as a lead scientist on multiple projects, publish findings, and contribute to patent filings. This is a senior, visible role within AbbVie’s small molecule ophthalmic portfolio.
