Southern Health-Santé Sud is seeking a Home Care Attendant to provide personal care and home support to clients in Boundary Trails Home Care, Morden. The role follows a plan of care to assist frail or disabled individuals to remain in their own homes safely and with dignity.

The position is in-person, with days, evenings and weekends shifts. Robust independence, teamwork, and bilingual English/French skills are essential, along with a valid Class 5 driver's license.
