In this role, the Network Performance Leader (NPL) enhances the capability and skill set of Independent Operators.

You will guide them through continuous training, ensuring high standards of execution and compliance. By leveraging data insights and market observations, you will drive impactful coaching sessions that foster growth and sustainability within the operator network. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate training and development of Independent Operators
- Review store visit notes for actionable insights
- Track service compliance and route health metrics




- Implement coaching opportunities based on performance data
- Collaborate on route engineering and support initiatives Requirements:
- Sales experience in CPG or DSD preferred
- Solid people management and analytical skills
- Experience in developing sales management accountability
