SKILLED LABOURER DUTIES
All (P.D.I) Pre-delivery Inspection Prep work
30 Day Service Warranty repairs (Patching, Painting, Drywall, Mudding, Taping, Millwork, Tile, Caulking, Vinyl Flooring, Trim, Door Installation, Hardware Installation, Bathroom Accessory Installation)
Hoarding Wall Install & Removal
Concrete patchwork (rough and finished)
Carpentry (rough/finished work)
Etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work well with others.
Must be punctual and reliable to work full time hours
Must have moderate to knowledgeable level of skilled work experience.
Having your own tools is considered an asset
