BDC is recruiting a senior UX researcher to drive accessible, creative digital experiences for entrepreneurs. You will own the research program end-to-end, plan and run studies, and coach teammates to make research a team-wide practice.
You'll navigate rapid weekly discovery cycles and slower foundational work, shaping strategy and empowering product decisions with user insights across design, product and engineering teams.
