Contribute to protected travel as a Seasonal Highway Maintenance Patroller with Ledcor. This hands-on role focuses on community safety and winter highway conditions. Ledcor seeks dedicated patrollers responsible for maintaining Ontario highways during the winter. Candidates should have experience in highway driving, effective communication, and an emphasis on safety and organization. A valid G license is required, and AZ or DZ license holders are preferred for optimal role performance. Key Responsibilities:
Patrol highways while monitoring and reporting conditions
Document weather forecasts to inform maintenance efforts
Communicate priority locations for repairs to supervisors
Operate equipment such as loaders and snowplows
Conduct maintenance tasks for highway safety year-round Requirements:
Minimum G license with a transparent driving record
Knowledge of maintenance specifications is essential
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Ethical and approachable behavior
