Receive, investigate, and evaluate insurance claims according to company procedures and policies. Conduct interviews with claimants, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather information. Assess damages and determine liability, applying policy coverage and exclusions accurately. Negotiate settlements with claimants and/or their representatives within authorized limits. Prepare detailed reports documenting claim investigations, findings, and settlement recommendations.



Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of all claim-related documentation. Requirements

Previous experience as a Claims Adjuster or in a related claims handling role within the insurance industry. Solid understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and claims investigation techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple claims effectively. Proficiency in claims management software and standard office applications. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently in the Kimberley area. Benefits
